Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened and unworn items within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a store credit, exchange or refund minus the shipping charge back. We'll pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error (you received the incorrect item). Clearance items are NOT returnable and are final sale.

Return Procedure:

1.)     Contact us via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by phone at 815.814.4982 to notify us that you would like to make a return.  We will provide you with a RMA # to write on the outside of your package.

2.)     Pack and seal your items securely (including all original tags, silver drawstring bag and a copy of your invoice) into if possible original packaging.  We suggest shipping via USPS Flat Rate shipping box/envelope for best shipping cost.  The item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving RMA # from CHC otherwise we will NOT process your store credit, exchange or refund.  Please make sure to write on the outside of the package your RMA #.

3.)     Please do note that you will need to pay to ship the item(s) back to us at your expense.  Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
